Larry Reid graduated from Western Carolina University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television/Film and a minor in music. He has been at WKXR since 1988 and became program and music director at the station in 1990. You can catch Larry him every weekday morning, bright and early from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Austin Gregory
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Weekdays
Austin Gregory graduated from Western Carolina University in 2017 with a Bachelor's of Science in Communication, with Concentrations in Public Relations and Journalism. He began his career at WKXR in August of 2018, and in addition to being on-air, is a social media consultant and web designer. In his spare time, Austin enjoys baseball, coffee, running and spending time outside.
Patrick Kilmartin
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Weekdays
Patrick Kilmartin is on air from 4-7 on weekday afternoons and Saturdays from 11-3. On top of radio, some of his passions include music, his one-time dream of being a teenage hand model and passionately defending the merits of North Carolina style BBQ against other (wrong) regional variants.
